training 10/17

I skipped yesterday and walked today. My stormy run on Sunday definitely didn't help my right calf. I've been limping around the past 2 days. It was feeling better today so I went ahead and walked.

  • Tuesday - 4 miles
  • Thursday - 5 miles
  • Saturday - 3 miles
  • Sunday - 9 miles
