Training 10/11

I didn't want to get up this morning but I did. 5:30 came way too soon. I finally dragged myself up around 5:45 and ran. One more day down.
Running schedule Oct 7
  • Wednesday - 4 miles
  • Thursday - 4 miles
  • Saturday - 3 miles
  • Sunday - 6 miles

  • Tuesday - 4 miles
  • Thursday - 5 miles
  • Saturday - 3 miles
  • Sunday - 9 miles
